School learning problems
The arguments never to cease. "I know you can do it. Why don't you try!"
You have a child who, for whatever reason, is not performing in school.
Such a child can feel pretty badly about him/her self. They can start acting out, feel depressed, get angry easily, or develop a host of other behaviors that don't help.
Many times, the problems that a child has in school can be found in:
Learning disabilities
Childhood depression | |
Oppositional Defiant disorder
Lack of ability in reading, or dyslexia |
Medical, optometric, hearing and other problems have often been found in kids who do poorly in school.
If your child is not doing well, let us try to help you identify what's going on. We can fully assess your child to determine his/her problems and capabilities. We can often help find ways to improve a rough school learning situation.
